 My name is Erin Littlewood. As a Certified Aromatherapist and Reiki Master with over 1000 credit hours of training in aromatherapy, Reiki, and bodywork modalities, including personal training, my approach to creating custom aromatic and energetic experiences is based on over nine years of professional practice honoring the fundamentals of aromatherapy within the British school of aromatherapy in support of emotional wellbeing. My Reiki is eclectic and a little magical, though I was instructed and attuned in Usui Reiki. I am also a newly certified personal trainer passionate about cultivating mindful, graceful movement to build strength and a sense of personal, feminine power. 

In all practices, I meet each client where they are in a safe, nurturing space, whether in person or virtually, and provide for them a unique, beautiful, and balancing aromatic and energetic experience. (Persona

As a practitioner of gentle healing modalities, it's my belief that the client is in control of their own healing in their own time.  

While I do my best to help each client access a safe space within themselves to cultivate balance and inspiration, I do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice as they are out of my professional scope. I reserve the right to kindly refuse or gently end services if it becomes clear professional help would benefit the client best.   

I received certification in aromatherapy from The American College of Healthcare Sciences based in Portland, Oregon. I have also received certifications with AromaGnosis, aromatherapist and author, Gabriel Mojay, and training at Body Wisdom School of Massage in Urbandale, Iowa, where I currently study massage focusing on gentle bodywork modalities. Through my training at Body Wisdom, I am qualified to offer crystal and sound healing in Reiki sessions. I received my certification in personal training through NASM. 

Please know my practice honors safe space for people from all walks of life and beliefs. Diverse ways of being offer us the rainbows of life! We are all works in progress and I am certainly no exception. I may not be the best practitioner for you if you are seeking quick fixes or engage in ways of life and attitude that diminish or would otherwise harm the civil rights and safety of others.
